My faith in Renee and her abilities would be understated no matter what I wrote. I knew of Renee prior to even setting foot in Rapid City. My mother and her husband bought their dream home through Renee. My mother spoke so highly of Renee and they became friends after the sale was complete. My mother mentioned Renee as being a wonderful and knowledgeable realtor. Fast forward several years and Renee and I finally met. Unfortunately the reason was out of necessity. My family needed to sell my mothers dream home due to unforeseen and significant circumstances. Even prior to the sale, Renee was there for us. We brought our mother home to the west coast and were temporarily left with a vacant house in Rapid City. Renee stepped up and assisted in maintaining the residence while we helped my mother transition. Renee helped our family even when the thought of selling was far from our minds. Eventually, the sale was necessary. Renee assisted us through the process and made the process far easier than any of our family expected. She was quick to respond and even quicker to provide updates on potential buyers. Before we knew it, Renee found the perfect people to move into what was once my mothers dream home. As painful as it was to make this decision, Renee made it not only bearable, but easy. She is an absolute gem in the Rapid City community. And thats not even talking about her respectful and professional demeanor as an amazing realtor.
