ZillowVERIFIEDI found Renee through word of mouth in our neighborhood - you would be very hard pressed to find anyone with anything bad to say about her work. We had been previously listed with another agent for 6months with no movement and multiple price adjustments. The other agent had a huge team from a big brokerage in the area but was very low touch. This home was the home I bought for my parents and I was living across the country which was complicating matters given the inattentive agent we were listed with. The moment I got out of the contract with our previous agent, Renee hit the ground running. She sympathized with our familys situation personally- my father had passed and we moved my mother out to live with us. The home had been unoccupied for about a year. Renee made excellent and cost efficient recommendations to refresh the space. I didnt know any contractors to work with so she also brought in trusted tradespeople who did excellent work. Nevermind dealing with hurricane season which was brutal this year - talk about above and beyond. She truly was like a fairy godmother throughout the process. I told Renee exactly when I wanted the home back on the market and she made it all happen. We worked through the numbers and aligned on a new price that worked for our family - she was so transparent and helpful in running the numbers WITH me. We went live on the Friday after the election in 11/24 and by the next Friday we had an offer! After 24 hours of negotiations we landed exactly where I wanted originally. Renee managed the entire process while we were under contract impeccably - it was like watching a masterclass. The inspection, additional repairs we didnt know were needed, helping me manage the closing timing while I was traveling, etc, we were always supported and informed. Also, special shout out for to the title company Renee works with and the team behind the scenes that supports Renee in delivering excellence - this was the dream team we needed. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the compassion, kindness and professionalism we experienced during this process.
