Hi! I was born and raised in Luzerne County, and now reside in the Back Mountain with my husband and three children. I have a deep-rooted connection to the area and an intimate knowledge of the local neighborhoods and amenities. I've been involved in real estate in some capacity since 2004, working alongside my husband to start and grow his real estate company, gaining experience in investing, historic restorations, and property management of both long-term and short-term rentals. HOBBIES/INTEREST
I live out in the country & raise chickens and we have a large fruit orchard. I also love all things real estate so I invest in properties and we have short-term rentals in PA and elsewhere. I also love history and traveling.
FAMILY
I have three kids, and I work alongside my husband in our investment and property management companies. We share our home with a golden retriever, Georgia, a chocolate lab, Annie, and a ragamuffin cat, Ellie.

Before you begin, assess your finances and then get pre-approved. I work with a few lenders that I trust, so I can refer you if needed. Then determine your needs and wants, research neighborhoods, and meet with your realtor. I will do a consultation with you first and then set up some showings.
If you hire me as your trusted realtor I will keep you on track through the entire process, helping you along the way through inspections, negotiations, etc.
Once under contract, do NOT make any purchases or finance anything new!
First impressions matter! This is a big one. I see so many homes on the market with poor photos showing messes and clutter in every room. To get top dollar for your home please take the time to get your home ready. I help with all that - staging, cleaning, professional photography, video tours.
Price the home properly - set a competitive price based on a comparative market analysis. Pricing too high can deter buyers, while pricing too low might mean leaving money on the table.
I've worked with a mix of clients, and a lot of renters.
One was a rental property and I had it rented in 7 days for the landlord, where I saw other rental properties sitting on the market for much longer. I was also happy to help the tenant secure the place for her family, because she was in a tough spot and really wanted the home. There was a lot of competition but in the end she signed the lease and was so excited to call it home. She brought her children into the office to sign and it was just a really great moment.
We're also currently working with a VA buyer and though it hasn't closed yet, it's been an honor to work with veterans and help them navigate the world of VA home loans.
I started in real estate in 2004 with our first multi-family rental property purchase. That began a love for finding the older homes in our area and restoring them as best we can rather than tearing everything out and making them look modern. Because of this, I have an extensive list of vendors that can help with anything from floor refinishing to fixing old windows and even plaster repair.
I got my real estate license what feels like a lifetime ago (2007), practiced for a few years, and then set it aside to jump into raising a family and running the property management business. We grew, and after going through the sales process multiple times both in PA and other states, I decided to jump back into the sales side. Now that my kids are getting older and we have staff, I have the time to dedicate myself to helping others through the buying and selling process. Having been through it myself, I know what to expect, the challenges that can come, and what is needed from a professional realtor throughout. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals.
