Diane has been intricately involved with the people and organizations which make up the Community. She has been a member of the Abington Memorial Hospital Women's Board and its Auxiliaries for more than 30 years. She served for 10 years on the Board of Managers of the Abington YMCA, and membership on the Jenkintown Day Nursery Board. A long time member of Huntingdon Valley Country Club and Saint Davids Country Club, her interests includes tennis, bridge, and attempts at golf.

After attending the University of Rochester and graduating with a BA from Ohio University, Diane completed post graduate work at Temple and Villanova. Before joining Quinn & Wilson, she served as the Executive Director of Hospitality Philadelphia, a Philadelphia marketing organization.
