ZillowVERIFIEDRenee went absolutely above and beyond trying to find us the perfect home for our family! We were out of state buyers, and Renee had our utmost trust. She was so patient with us and our ever-changing schedule. For 6 months, she sent us dozens of home listings and frequently communicated with us; discussing our likes, dislikes and concerns. If we had a question, she had an educated and accurate answer. When we were able to come to the area for some house hunting, Renee spent the entire weekend, showing us homes across 2 counties. We finally decided on a home we saw online about 1.5 months before relocating. Our home buying experience was absolutely fantastic! Renee has an arsenal of top notch contacts (e.g. lending agent, home inspector, termite inspector, contractors, etc.). These professionals were responsive and knowledgeable. Renee herself, is extremely well-versed with the overall process of buying a home and because of her knowledge, confidence and hard work, we did not feel stressed or worried at any point. ZillowVERIFIEDAMAZING! Our house sold faster than expected and we were prepared to buy a FSBO. Well the deal fell through and we had only 2 weeks until my family was homeless. I call Renee after hearing great things and ask for the impossible. I told Renee that we needed a house in a certain neighborhood and we needed to be moved in in 2 weeks. She was up for the challenge. I gave her some info on my families wants and needs...in just 2 hours we were meeting to view some homes. Just like that she had found the perfect home for us. An offer was made. She was great in dealing with all of my questions, concerns, and stress any time of the day. She was was able to work through all the counter offers and end up with the price wanted to pay. Our offer was finally accepted after some careful negotiating.
