Renee Marshall

Renee Marshall is a long-time resident of Baldwin County, Alabama. She primarily sells residential properties and land on the Eastern Shore and surrounding areas. In 2022, Renee earned the designation of "Eastern Shore Specialist", this makes her an expert in assisting her clients whether buying or selling. Understanding the dynamics of the real estate market, Renee is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decision for their needs. As a homeowner herself, she understands that a home is often the largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime. Knowing that buying, selling and/or relocating can be stressful, Renee strives to alleviate these concerns for her clients. She strongly believes that a real estate professional must be educated and informed to provide the level of service and protection her clients deserve. Renee is a "tech-savvy" agent that utilizes innovative internet marketing and search techniques.Renee's strong work ethic has followed her from her past careers in the nonprofit sector and lastly in the Radio Pharmaceutical Industry. Today her strong business ethics continues as a member of Baldwin Realtors (BR), Alabama Association of Realtors (AREC) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in addition to the Baldwin Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She has apprenticed with some of the industry's top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. Renee feels passionate about community involvement and giving back. Previously she served as the committee chair for the Baldwin Realtors Professional Development Committee, a committee that she continues to serve on as well as serving on the Board for the Baldwin Realtors Foundation. Renee enjoys organizing community events and donations for local groups and charities. Renee and EXIT Realty are proud supporters of Habitat for Humanity and to date EXIT Realty has raised over $2.25 million dollars for the charity and built 15 homes.
