Renee had our home under contract the first day it hit the market. She gave us excellent advice on how to prepare our home for showings, and we followed all of it! My bathrooms actually looked like mini-spas, and we made sure to completely de-clutter! Then she helped us find a perfect home in Vermillion before it was even on the market.
