Working with Renee was amazing. She gets things done in a quick and efficient way. She was very personable and easy to work with. You can tell she has a lot of experience in this field because she handled my situation with ease (which I thought would be difficult). She was a true professional throughout and gave honest and helpful advice. Some of the best guidance was around how to change the least costly things about the home with the biggest impact before selling. She goes above and beyond, bringing staging items for sales like furniture and flowers, and is a fierce negotiator. I found myself reviewing 15 offers on the house a day after the first open house. Renee took the time to explain each offer to me and made sure I understood why certain offers were better than others. It was a great experience working with her and I highly recommend it.
