Buying a house is a very intimidating commitment, yet a very rewarding one. This was my second time using Home Sweet Home Realty, because I trust they have always had my families and I's best interest at heart during the buying and selling process. They possess keen knowledge about their local market and give their honest opinions, in a very respectful and professional way. I can't say enough wonderful things about Renea, she goes above and beyond for her clients, and I value her friendship we have formed throughout the years of using her as a realtor. She becomes so supportive in all things in life and stays in contact years later. Through unexpected challenges and uncertainty this last time, Renea was very understanding and patient the whole time. She was also able to find the impossible during the height of the market of 2021 securing a new construction home for my daughter and I within our budget. If anyone is going to find a unicorn, it's her! I love how aggressive she was and never gave up until she found EXACTLY what we were wanting in a home. As a first time home buyer I could not be happier that I met Renea Frizzell! She went above and beyond to help make our dream a reality! I found a BEAUTIFUL 3 bedroom/2 bath within my budget in the Willard school district on Zillow.com. I told her to "Make it happen!" on a Thursday. The VERY NEXT DAY we were under contract. A short month later we were signing paperwork and officially HOME OWNERS! Renea knew the area and had connections - she recommended the loan officer, home inspector, insurance company and even a carpet cleaning service!
