My house was a bit older and not in the best condition but she pointed out all the potential and went above and beyond by finding an app software that took existing images of a home and showed what it could look like fixed up. I think this certainly went a long way in sparking potential buyer imagination and closing the final sale. I would certainly recommend her! She showed the house many times to a lot of families who would change their mind or not provide feedback and always kept a positive attitude. She kept me in the loop about what was happening with my house and was always very responsive.
