Jimmy Stewart approached me to list my FSBO home as a Sellers Agent and suggested my FSBO price was $50k too low; I signed with him because he brought data, charisma and energy. He was my Sellers Agent on my signed listing agreement, but while on a beach vacation in Portugal, Jimmy had located a buyer. Rather than follow the contract, he aEURoedecidedaEUR? to represent the Buyers as a Buyers Agent. Jimmy notified me he was a Transaction Broker, but in fact, in our contract, he needed my signature to agree to this. Jimmy Stewart represented himself as honest, but he negotiated AGAINST me when our contract said he was working FOR me. He brought a contract for my home representing himself to the Buyers as a Buyers Agent, and the signed contract with his license number shows Jimmy as a Sellers Agent AND a Buyers Agent. When Jimmy wanted to list my home, it was worth $50k more than I had the home listed as FSBO, but while under a contract with me as a Sellers agent, he brought a Buyer as a Buyers agent with an offer, my home was worth $40k less than my FSBO value, just four months later. While we made a modification to the contract to correct the error Jimmy made representing himself as a Sellers Agent AND a Buyers Agent, today, Jimmy proudly markets himself as having brought the Buyer and Seller for the transaction.

Jimmy Stewart is the best real estate agent I or my husband have ever had. He spent 9 months helping us find what we wanted, with a very narrow criteria. We drove up from Aurora, CO every other weekend and looked at many properties. Believe me, we were not easy to please. We put offers in on four; one we were out bid on by $50K and the other three we withdrew after inspection. Finally we found something that met our criteria and are moved and happy in our new place. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about the real estate market as whole and specifically Northern Colorado. He is patient, kind and gives excellent advice on making offers.
