We met Regina Vannicola about 8 years ago to help us with the sale of our Condo in Santa Monica. After putting the property in the market and accepting an offer, we had to pull out of the sale because of personal reasons. I would highly recommend Regina for anyone trying to sell their home or condo. Both Regina and her team were excellent. My husband and I appreciate all their services. Regina has a good eye and even a small comment such as "this bathroom seems too empty" made a difference. She coached me to add a small rug, move the small cabinet from one room to another and add a plant on top of that. And the room looked so much better after that. She got us to clear our counters, showers and added Orchids to make our house look like it was worth the money we were asking for it. Regina did a test showing where she checked in with her Compass co-agents to make sure we were correct regarding pricing. She marketed within her extensive network. We went on vacation and it was no problem. Regina and her team showed the house to as many possible buyers that would come and presto, it sold and we signed escrow papers while we were gone. Now we also bought a new house and Regina represented us for that as well. She came to see the house and was very enthusiastic, which made me feel comfortable. She negotiated for us and we won the house over two other buyers because of her ability to understand how to bring the best offer. Then with the inspector, she toured the house on the inspection day and used her experience to catch all of the 20 problems that she saw on this "new build" home. She protected us as there were some problems with the other owners and stood firm so they ended up repairing all of the 20 items. There was not a moment when she or her team did not do their utmost best for our transaction. Regina is a class act. She is fantastic at her job and has the experience to get it done.
