There was no way I would have been able to maintain and/or sell my million plus dollar childhood home while living out of state without her help. Regina was always available to answer the plethora of questions and requests. She kept me up to date with changes, suggestions, ideas, etc. I was kept in the loop at every step in the process. She researched and communicated with contractors that met my needs and were within my budget, and personally oversaw all updates made to the house. She ensured the house looked beautiful and gave me the best options for selling while also providing information about each step of the process. Her level of personalization, time, and care made me feel like we were selling our childhood home together. I especially appreciated her approach when presenting information regarding offers, buyers, investors, options, etc. She provided honest unbiased suggestions when asked. I always felt knowledgeable and supported when making decisions concerning the sale of the estate. The level of trust that was built is unmatched in most business relationships. I cant imagine a better realtor; I only wish she could manage other affairs in my life.
