Leading up to our pre-approval, Regina checked in with us and still took time for us even though we were not yet officially pre-approved. A lot of realtors do not give you the time of day without having that in hand. With a little one on the way, Regina understood that we had a timeline to meet. The minute our pre-approval went through, she scheduled home tours immediately and within 72 hours of being pre-approved, our offer was accepted! She worked so well with our team of Lender, Home Inspector and Attorney. She was proactive and communicated with everyone. Because of her diligence, we were able to close on our home EARLY!
