Regina is the best of the best realtors around. Selling my parents was a stressful thing for me to do. Regina to on this task like a boss! We knew when purchasing our 2nd home, who we wanted to work with. Leading up to our pre-approval, Regina checked in with us and still took time for us even though we were not yet officially pre-approved. A lot of realtors do not give you the time of day without having that in hand. With a little one on the way, Regina understood that we had a timeline to meet. The minute our pre-approval went through, she scheduled home tours immediately and within 72 hours of being pre-approved, our offer was accepted! She worked so well with our team of Lender, Home Inspector and Attorney. She was proactive and communicated with everyone. Because of her diligence, we were able to close on our home EARLY! An added perk of working with Regina, is that she is a Homes for Heroes agent and we are a military family. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, Regina! We definitely recommend her to first-time homebuyers and repeat home-buyers!
