My name is Regina Castro Morales or RCM Realtor, and I proudly serve the Inland Empire community with smart, strategic, and innovative real estate services. Born in Managua, Nicaragua to Nicaraguan parents and coming to the US just shy of 1 year old. I have been living in Southern California the majority of my life. Prior to pursuing real estate full time, my background was in Customer Service and Public Service, working with the City of Fontana and later working with the non-profit organization Making Hope Happen. A foundation that awards college scholarships to high school seniors in San Bernardino. I have dedicate time to cultivating young minds as a mentor with the same organization and as a Substitute Teacher for the Ontario-Montclair School District and Upland School District. Serving my community has always been a part of who I am and a personal motivator. I have an Associate's Degree in Communication, and Bachelor's Degree in Human and Organizational Communication. My true passion for real estate began when I saw the need for a trusted source that could guide my community through the complexities of this industry.
