My husband and I just purchased our first home. and it 1000% would not have happened without Reed's guidance and support. We found Reed through another couple who had just purchased their first home with him, so we knew we were in good hands. He's the perfect balance of everything we could have dreamed of in a realtor. He's responsive and accessible, warm and hilarious, and an expert at every stage of the game. Here are a series of stories to illustrate his awesomeness: I messaged Reed ridiculously early on a Sunday morning just to get the ball rolling, hoping to hear back from him after the weekend. Instead, he responded almost instantly, ready to get started. It really set the tone for the rest of our home-buying journey. We set up a group chat and he was amazingly patient at answering all of my Type-A nitty gritty questions throughout the process - in the evenings, on weekends, you name it. Within a couple of weeks, we'd found our dream home but ALMOST passed it up because it was listed above our budget. Reed was encouraging and supportive, helped us get a better understanding of the South Florida market, then really went to bat for us during negotiations and helped us land our dream place exactly within our budget...! The seller wanted to close before Christmas, giving us barely a month to put everything together, and Reed literally flew into action for us. He had referrals, suggestions, and options ready for every key player, from inspectors to title guys to lenders. His lightning-fast turnaround time for documentation and follow ups was inspiring. He demonstrated a genuine understanding of even the most specific, detail-oriented questions we had about whatever random contract we were looking at. He was our mediator and our point of contact. The maestro to our orchestra. Our seller was a bit feisty and difficult to work with, but Reed was a true professional who advocated for us and helped us get the job done. Bonus points for the amazing humor - memes and jokes for days. It really helps to take that first-time-homebuyer nervous edge off. He made it look so effortless. Picture Reed as an Olympic figure skater, gliding gracefully through the real estate market. Or as Superman, leaping to the top of the real estate market in a single bound. Anyway, go with him.
