So... I did a thing! After ruminating about whether or not to sell my house for literally 2 years, I finally pushed GO. Actually, I reached out to Rebecca to inform her I finally decided to sell in the Spring, and she pressed GO, like NOW. And I'm glad she did. I don't think I would have survived selling in the Spring. She's very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, was always receptive to my needs, and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. This market is crazy (I'm also buying) so I'm glad to have her as my realtor. She priced my home just right (I wasn't sure, but she found the comps and priced accordingly) and it sold for WAY MORE than I could have ever expected. She 'knows her stuff' as they say. Some of the contract documents can be overwhelming, but I felt comfortable knowing she's well versed in the real estate business.
