Two recent clients come to mind for very different reasons. The first was a first-time homebuyer I met through the NC Housing and Finance Program, which offers down payment assistance to make homeownership more accessible. He had great credit and steady income but just needed a little help getting started. We worked through every step together—from preapproval to closing—and watching the excitement as he got the keys to his first home was incredibly rewarding. The other was an older couple ready to simplify life after years of maintaining a 5-acre property. I helped them navigate the sale of their home, coordinate the move, and find a new place at the North Carolina coast where they could relax and enjoy the beach. Seeing their relief and joy after such a big transition reminded me that real estate is never just about houses, it’s about helping people move confidently into the next chapter of their lives.

After years of serving my country and later working in government service, I wanted to build a business that allowed me to serve my community in a more personal way. I earned my real estate license in 2014 and founded RW Realty of NC in 2020. My background in organization, leadership, and attention to detail has been the foundation of how I run my business helping clients navigate what can be one of the most important decisions of their lives with confidence and clarity.
