As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. Our agent was incredibly patient and understanding. She took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever we needed her. Guided me and my husband to our dream home! Could not have asked for a better Agent. I had picked Rebecca on a whim and it turned out to be the best choice ever. She helped me through this process while I was out of state. She negotiated fairly and was more than willing to do whatever I needed. She went to the property for the home inspection and final walkthrough when I couldn't be there. She was always there ready to answer my questions, especially being my first home purchase. She wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable. The most important aspect of all this, is she picked up rather quickly what I was looking for. Whether your first home purchase or not, Rebecca is a great realtor and person.
