Becky was our sellers' agent as well as our buyers' agent when we recently moved. We cannot speak enough as to how much we appreciated her assistance through both processes. After she posted our home on the MLS, we had over 20 showings scheduled by the second day and offers on the table the first night. We ultimately ended up selling our home above the listing price within a week of posting. When we then moved forward with building a new home, she was extremely detailed and thorough. She asked questions we hadn't though of and was truly our advocate throughout the process.
