We are retired military. We were looking for a house south of Houston near our family that had already settled in the area. Rebecca is very experienced. She described every house we were interested in even down to the history of the subdivision. We found an ideal house, but the seller had created a very demanding and inflexible time schedule. Rebecca worked directly with our local Loan Officer to schedule every task from contract to closing. After Inspection she brought in her vendors to give a complete scope of the condition of the house. She was available over the phone, email or text any time. Her direction gave us solutions to home insurance that kept the mortgage payments within budget. She is personable, resourceful, energetic and focused.
