I wish I could give Becky 35,000 5-star reviews. She has actually helped us buy and sell our first home in addition to helping us by a home from a family member with a weird living trust and tax situation. Not only was she crucial to getting our offer excepted on our first home, she was able to sell that same house three years later in one weekend for over the asking price with multiple offers. The buyers ended up being incredibly nitpicky, but Becky's grace and skill allowed us to continue in the escrow process and close the deal. She was responsive, on time, flexible, and gave me and my husband so much peace of mind. She knows practically everything about buying and selling a house and will be the absolute best choice anyone could ever make in a real estate agent.

Becky and Tom are the absolute best. They first helped my family sell my grandmothers home after her passing, and helped my family through that process, and made sure we felt good about what were doing. When the time came for me to be a first time homeowner, she made that process as seamless as it could possibly be. At the time I was in Law school, and she found a way to accommodate my schedule. She only showed me houses that were true possibility to me, and help me find the best investment for what I was working with. As a first time buyer, she answered all my questions and really took her time. Earlier this year, I had to sell that home and once again Tom and Becky were a life saver. I had never sold a home, and did not know what I was in for. Becky again took the time to walk me through the process, and made me feel good about a tough and stressful situation. She gave me great advice, and handled everything. She was very considerate of my control freak nature, and found a way to show my home without it feeling overly intrusive. I feel like I got exactly what I wanted and expected for my home. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. They both are great people and great realtors. Over the last decade theyve provided great service, that was thorough, smart, effective and empathetic.
