This is the second time we have used Rebecca in purchasing a property. The first time we got lucky with her. This last time, we knew we wanted to use her again. She guided us through 6 property showings and three offers. She kept a positive attitude through 2 failed offers and didn't give up on finding the perfect home for us. She was always available, too. Never had to wait to get a response from her. The third offer was accepted, but not without much craziness from our lender. Rebecca kept us sane and worked closely with us through the entire process. This second purchase of ours was a lot different from our first purchase because many variables were at play. At closing, she was on top of a few different issues that arose. She was professional, quick, and very knowledgeable in what was needed to be done. We just watched her in action. There is so much information going on between lender, title company, closing agent, attorney, etc, and she knew exactly who to contact and what to do to get the job done. And, she's just a nice person!

Rebecca made the process of finding and buying our home as stress free and positive as could be. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Rebecca jumped into it with us with full attention and gusto. When we did not even know what area we were focusing on, she was open with suggestions, and also never said no to our ideas that were further away. During our time with her, Rebecca made the time to guide and teach us about the home buying process, and certain aspects of homes we were looking at. There was a lot we didn't know! She armed us with the best knowledge and tools so that we could make the best decision for us. The home shopping process can be long and difficult, and Rebecca was able to help us find our dream home by listening to our wants (which changed several times!), and getting to know us during showings. Once our offer was accepted on our property Rebecca continued to be clear and helpful in the next steps, and was always available to talk or meet at the house for various inspections. Besides her knowledge and work ethic, Rebecca was really fun to get to know. She is warm and open, and we enjoyed her stories, and felt we had a true partnership with her.
