This is the second time we have used Rebecca in purchasing a property. The first time we got lucky with her. This last time, we knew we wanted to use her again. She guided us through 6 property showings and three offers. She kept a positive attitude through 2 failed offers and didn't give up on finding the perfect home for us. She was always available, too. Never had to wait to get a response from her. The third offer was accepted, but not without much craziness from our lender. Rebecca kept us sane and worked closely with us through the entire process. This second purchase of ours was a lot different from our first purchase because many variables were at play. At closing, she was on top of a few different issues that arose. She was professional, quick, and very knowledgeable in what was needed to be done. We just watched her in action. There is so much information going on between lender, title company, closing agent, attorney, etc, and she knew exactly who to contact and what to do to get the job done. And, she's just a nice person!
