Rebecca did an amazing job selling my land. From the moment I spoke to her about listing it, to the closing, she was on top of everything and anything that occurred. She is very proactive and sends out a timeline so the seller knows what to expect and when to expect it. She also holds the other parties to that timeline and keeps everything moving forward. Rebecca is highly knowledgeable about negotiations, researching deeds and is very transparent regarding potential bumps along the way. One can feel very confident that nothing will be over looked if Rebecca is involved. I would absolutely work with her again if the opportunity presented itself !

Our process was long with some ups and downs on our end with financial issues. She was very patient going to see house after house. And when we finally started the process of making an offer and waiting for a response, she kept us calm and focused during a long wait. She answered any questions we had, and knew the people to contact if she didn't have that information. We are very happy with our new home, but we would go to Rebecca if we were to move. And will recommend her if someone I know is looking
