Reba represented my wife and me as buyers seeking to purchase a condo in Kauai, HI. She worked for 3 months prior to our arrival on the island to vet potential purchase candidates and host aEUR~remote tours. She was able to do this during a pandemic when travel to the island was impossible. When my wife and I arrived, we had 10 days to tour condo candidates and make a go-no go purchase decision. Reba organized our tours, answered questions, followed up with sellers and quickly reacted to last minute schedule changes. Ultimately, we found a condo we liked. Reba managed multiple showings of the property and guided us through the offer process. She successfully expedited a deal before we left Kauai. We have since closed on the purchase with her almost daily help and look forward to visiting Kauai again soon.
