My advice would be to make sure you start the pre-approval process before you start looking so that you know what your budget is. Remember, it's important to stay within no more than 25% of your income for a mortgage note.
My advice would be to make your home ready to sell. Declutter your space. Get rid of unnecessary items that you do not plan to keep. Do a thorough cleaning throughout the house. This will entice more buyers and sell your home quicker!
I have worked with Sellers and Buyers. I have also done lease agreements.
The transaction I am most fond of is my 1st house listing. My seller was amazing. She was easy to work with. She understood that some things needed some attention and in order to sell the home, that the would need to address a few things so that she would get the most she could out of the home and feel good that she was leaving the house to the next family in good shape. That make the process so enjoyable and she walked away with the number she was looking for.
I started my Real Estate journey after I realized that sitting behind a desk was just draining life out of me. I needed people and I wanted to serve someone in need. It has been such a blessing and I am so thankful to God and my family for all the support.
Although I have a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, I can't say that I have any formal training in Real Estate except to say that I have been working and serving people since Highschool through my jobs, church, community. And you have to love working with people to do this job well.
