Raymond's Bio Raymond Siddell is a distinguished REALTOR(R), Business Owner, and esteemed community leader, with a lifelong connection to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As the co-founder of the 360 Home Team at Keller Williams Legacy Group, Raymond has played a pivotal role in shaping the real estate landscape in his community. Raymond's commitment to the real estate profession extends beyond the transactional realm. He has been elected onto the Cedar Rapids Area Association of REALTORS(R)'s Board of Directors for two consecutive terms and currently serves as its president and serves as the co-chair for the diversity, equity, and inclusion task force. In addition to his service at the association level, at Keller Williams Legacy Group he serves on the Agent Leadership Council and oversees the diversity, equity and inclusion committee. Raymond is also set to assume the role of vice-chair of the Risk Management Committee at the Iowa Association of REALTORS(R) in 2024, demonstrating his industry-wide leadership. Raymond's passion for giving back to the community is evident through his various nonprofit leadership roles. He proudly serves on the Families Helping Families of Iowa board of directors as an at-large board member committed to helping Iowa's children in foster care, the chairman of the Cedar Rapids Board of REALTORS(R) Scholarship Fund annually awarding more than $30,000 to local high school and post secondary education students, and is the visionary founder of Together We Achieve, a grassroots organization born out of a disaster and dedicated to fostering positive change and community unity. Outside of his professional endeavors, Raymond resides in Center Point with his partner, Matthew, where they lovingly raise four wonderful boys.
