    Leigh is the best! In a difficult market, Leighs knowledge and experience proved invaluable to us in securing our dream home, below market-value, despite fierce competition. Leigh then helped us with the sale of our home. The buyer was very difficult, constantly threatening to cancel the contract if we didnt meet her never-ending demands. It is only through Leighs hard work and keen negotiating skills that we were able to keep the sale alive. Ultimately, we sold or home for 2.5 times what we paid for it. As long as we live in the Tampa area, Leigh will be our real estate agent. In my opinion, there is no one better.
