Raymond Maldonado

Born and raised in New York City and a resident on City Island, "Stingray" Maldonado brings over 27 YEARS of well-rounded experience to the table, including property management, investment consulting, and an appraisal background. He attended City College Of New York and earned a BS in Social Science. His background in Psychology gives him a unique insight into how to bargain and find the best deal and effectively market properties. He served 20 years in the NYPD and was assigned to the Bronx Task Force, an elite unit that responded to the attacks on September 11, 2001. He retired with an unblemished record in 2019. The NYPD taught him invaluable skills in Integrity and accountability, which he brings to bear in his Real Estate career to serve buyers and sellers. Raymond's goal is to make everyone's life a little bit better, whether it's on a personal or professional level. His favorite saying is, "Integrity Is Who You Are When No One Is Watching" Honesty, Combined With Hard Work, Ray will get You To The Finish Line. Raymond's son, Evan, is an active member of the United States Marines, of whom he is incredibly proud.
