This is the second time I work with Raymond with buying the property. I would recommend Raymond based on his excellent knowledge about the local market (especially Edison), his efficiency at finding appropriate property for the buyer (e.g. our newly purchased property is recommended by him while we were on vocation. It was filtered out by us because of inappropriate description by the seller), vision for a good property, good general knowledge about the house quality and more granular parts (AC, roof ...) and ability to help us argue credit from the seller by the inspection reports. He could recommend expertise related to the property transaction process based on practitioner's requirement. (Mortgage Agent, Attorney, handyman ...). Raymond is also very responsive about accompany us to review the house we are interested and will always point out places that we definitely should consider before we make our decision (e.g. easement inside the property, any nearby high voltage line ...) In general, I would recommend Raymond Lee as a trustable, reliable and professional agent for buying properties.

Raymond is my listing agent and I am very satisfied with what he has done for us throughout the entire process. I think when it comes to the seller agent I feel local knowledge, prior records/experience, referral from friends and working style are important to me. Upon talking to Raymond for the first time (I guess one can call it an interview) he hits all the above points with flying color. He looks at our house thoroughly and asks quite some probing questions regarding the past history/condition of the house but does not immediately prescribe a selling price. Instead he goes to do his research and come back the second time to give us an in-depth analysis of comparable houses that are closed in the past two years. But that is only the beginning of his service. Through the entire process he always keeps us informed. There are some challenges along the contracting process. Some to do with township while others are buyer related. Raymond does not simply tell me what I wish to hear but time and again offer balanced analysis and actionable solutions. I think this is an aspect that is not often mentioned but critical to a successful contract. It's only after he helps us through those challenges that I realize what a great problem solver he is. This is the person I will trust to represent my interest and see the deal through.

A first time seller like us faces a stressful time throughout the process. Raymond guided us to a successful outcome. We didnt know him before but for many years hes been selling in the neighborhood. This Winter we noticed a nearby house was listed and pending contract in a couple of weeks. We contacted Raymond and eventually obtained the same result. Apparently he has the skills, understanding of the local market and resources in all seasons. In pre-listing, Raymond provided a reassuring and realistic feature by feature comparison of three houses similar to ours in a convincing package that makes sense. Raymond also provided excellent advice in staging the house. He highlighted the potential of the house with good photos. We received a good number of offers. House inspection resulted in a number of requests of things to fix. Raymond proves more than his worth by speaking the jargons of house structure, cosmetics, functions, etc. with engineers and trade professionals in order to fulfill them. Believe it or not, he even went into a tight crawl space with a structural engineer and a carpenter. Thank you, Raymond.
