In 2000, after 15 years with a Fortune 500 company, Ray began his real estate career that year and quickly realized it was the right fit for him. His reputation within the real estate community quickly grew and referrals became an integral part of his business.

He became a partner with Keller Williams in 2002 and began building his team of professionals. Ray's past leadership experience made him a natural for the Agent Leadership Council of which he has been a member for 14 years, and has earned several national awards for being among the company's top producers. He is a recipient of The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors "Ed. T. Owens Civic Achievement Award" and was selected the Cultural Icon for Keller Williams Realty for the Florida Region, which is a lifetime achievement.
