My wife and I were referred to Ramon through the agents who listed our house for sale. Ramon is part of his team and we are glad our listing agent referred us to Ramon. Ramon was able to get us into seeing all of the listings that we wanted to see and was answering questions at all hours of the day at night. Ramon was also able to save us what couldve been a potential nightmare when a house that we were interested in, wanted us to remove the appraisal contingency. Based off of RamonaEUR~s knowledge and experience, he suggested we not do that and walked away from my house. Ramon was able to show us the house that we did end up buying and are very grateful for his guidance. My wife and I are very happy with the purchase and even now a few weeks after we closed we have still reached out to Ramon and he was still as responsive as he was during the purchase process.
