About Ray Galvez

Living in Ventura County for the last 50 years has really given me a special insight of the needs and wants of the residents in this area. One of those most common needs is housing. Over the last 22 years as a realtor for RE/Max Gold Coast I have gained a clear understanding of the real estate market in our county. As a child my family immigrated to the United States. We were 7 living in a one bedroom home. Very early on our family saw the opportunities this great country had to offer. Through hard work, sacrifice and determination we were able to strive forward towards a better future. During this time I obtained my Masters worked passionately as a teacher and a successful school administrator for 15 years. I loved what I did but I had an opportunity to become a realtor and have since not looked back. I love working with buyers and sellers in guiding them through the process. I look forward to helping you and others achieve the American Dream, of being a homeowner. My client's needs are my priority. The area of expertise is Fillmore, Santa Paula, Ventura, Camarillo, Oxnard, Saticoy and Moorpark. However, I have worked in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Kern, Riverside and San Bernadino Counties. Ray was very reliable and answered all of our questions. No doubt we had all our trust in Ray. The process ran smoothly, at times we called him after hours and he answered our calls. If he didnt he would return the call in a timely manner. Ray provided excellent service, we would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone buying/selling their home. We even got to use his moving truck, oh my goodness, that was a huge help! We thank Ray from the bottom of our hearts for helping us with the purchase of our new home and sale of previous home. We love it and are so happy!

When it came time to sell our home, Ray was our first realtor to call. Since he has been in the business for many many years, he knew all of the nuances of the buying/selling transaction and answered any questions we had. I can't recommend Ray Galvez highly enough. We needed to sell my elderly mom's house in Fillmore and were truly lucky to find Ray. After meeting with him, we were confident he was the right choice and, now only two months later, we know we were right! Ray is energetic, knowledgeable, and very responsive. With his guidance, the sale process itself was painless and easy, but he also helped tremendously with the overwhelming task of getting the house cleaned up and ready to put on the market. He seems to know everyone in Fillmore and has a great network of home improvement contacts. When we listed the house, it looked better than it had in many years and sold immediately.
