She was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process! She would answer every call or text, even after business hours, which I greatly appreciated. If she couldn't answer at the time of a call, she would text to let us know she'd be right back with us, and she always responded quickly. Amy was able to negotiate a fair deal for us. She went above and beyond, helping us get what everyone felt was right. She was always and still is checking in with us.
