We used Selling NC because we felt a good connection with Ray and his current business model. He had been in touch with us quarterly for the past two years. Good Dude! We had a rental property in New Bern and he was monitoring sales along the way and advising us. Pro-move on a rental Brother! We had many realtors and investors contacting us, but Ray Copeland is a good Dude and we felt we could trust him and he'd stand by his word. I valued his demeanor--cool, calm, and collected. My tenant of three years had recently moved out. The condo was updated in the past 7 years but the damage needed some love. I had a guy that would do 70% of the work, but I needed a few more hands to get us to the finish line. Ray is the man!!! I spent 41 years in the Marine Corps and owned seven houses at one time...I wish Ray was on my Team during some of those decisions. Damn Good Realtor!!!

I was on You Tube trying to learn about the area and stumbled across one of Ray's informative videos there. I simply gave him a call; he really did the rest.
