We had our house listed midsummer last year and the agent we went with was supposed to be a powerhouse agent in our area. Multiple open houses and minimal showings happened as we saw other houses in the neighborhood sell. This was aggravating and we took the house off the market for the holidays. We went back and forth trying to decide on what or who we were going to have as our representative. One day my wife called me saying some agent called and wanted us to list with him. I told my wife, no, were not taking some random guy as our agent. However, Ravi called back my wife as promised and asked to meet with us to let us know what he thought he could to help. We agreed and we set a date. Ravi showed up dressed to impress, put his phone down on the table upside down and gave us his undivided attention. Thinking to myself, I was like hmm, he?s serious about wanting to list my house. Throughout the conversation, we briefly filled him in on our status and he walked around the house with us and made suggestions and basically had a normal conversation as if we had known him for years. Before we concluded the meeting, both my wife and daughter gave me the sign that Ravi was the guy we wanted to work with. Finally, we were excited to have an agent that was positive and actually meant what he said. So all the way up to the official opening day of our house being on the market, he answered any questions without delay and didn?t make us wait for days to return calls or emails. I felt like I was a part of the process instead of outside looking in on my own sale of the house. We had multiple showings pretty quick off the bat and soon enough had an offer. With Ravi?s being an agent on the spot and following up and being involved with the prospective buyers, we went under contract. My wife and I couldn?t be more happy and will pass his name along to other people looking to list or buy a house. Ravi has said I have jokes, but I?m serious as I can be, Ravi was a God Send to my family and we REALLY appreciate the hard work and dedication that he has given us. Thank you for putting him in our lives and we have a friend for life and somebody we will always will remember and hold close to our story of our life!!

Being a First Time Home Buyer, I was totally new to the game of home buying and didnt know where to start until I met Ravi.
