He also answered all of my many questions (thank you Raul and Priscilla!). Despite me needing a lot of help and questions answered constantly, Raul was always there--day or night--to help me. He was also extremely patient with me, even when it was very stressful, and when I was worried about the process. He is a true professional, and he cares about his work and his clients.
