We decided to look for a lakeside vacation property in Michigan and spotted a promising looking listing on Hamlin Lake near Ludington MI (Winter of 2025.). Raquel Rae was the listing agent. Though it was very much off-season, this property was getting a lot of attention and we learned that if we had any serious interest we needed to move quickly. I'm pretty real estate savvy and as I buyer I prefer to work with the listing agent, so we also asked Raquel to also represent our interests. This puts a Realtor in a somewhat tricky position - representing two (at times) competing interests. That takes some serious chops to do well. The buyer needs to be confident in that person's integrity and professionalism. Raquel has both in spades. I recommend her services without hesitation.
