I am happy to write a glowing review for Raquel. She helped us with a home purchase and then with the sale of our condo. Raquel was very upfront about the cost, timeline and process. Everything she told us early on proved to be very accurate and the whole process went more or less as expected. She understood what made our home great and absolutely captured its best qualities in the listing she created. Raquel also demonstrated impressive knowledge in her field. She knew the market inside out and was able to provide valuable insights and recommendations that helped me make informed decisions. She was always happy to share her expertise and never once made me feel like I was out of my depth. During our closing, we had an issue in procuring responses and documents from the HOA. Raquel stayed on top of the issue and applied the right amount of pressure on the HOA to get what we needed as soon as possible. Overall, I would highly recommend Raquel to anyone looking for a realtor who is responsive, knowledgeable, and straightforward. Raquel Magro is the quintessential professional. Masterful is the best word to describe how she performs her work from start to finish. I never, ever right reviews. I never know what to say and, wellaEUR| hate writing. In this instance though I have to make an exception. Realator Raquel Magro and her Closing Manager Ana Tobo are simple exemplary. I bought my first home with Raquels help back in 2002, and when I went to sell nearly 20 years later I sought her out. The wealth of knowledge and experience simply cant be beat. Both Raquel and Ana are very professional, help and so very on top of things. They walked me through the complicated and at times overwhelming process of forms, paperwork, inspections, etc. seamlessly and even helped talk me down when hyperventilating (metaphorically) over making such a big decision to sell and move. Add that they are both just good eggs, and you just cant go wrong. Wish I could take them with me for my next purchase on the East coast.
