I cannot imagine having made this move with any other agent but Rania Elsherif! She is extremely knowledgeable, super responsive, resourceful, and personable. This was our fifth house purchase, but the changes in market and location created some unique challenges. She guided us through the process with skill and kindness. We wanted to be in the Oyster River School District. There were few houses for sale in this area, yet she aided us in finding a home in Lee that checked the boxes on our list. Rania Elsherif was a great buyer's agent. She did everything humanly possible to help me find a house within my budget that would be perfect for my family. I thought I knew what I wanted, and she showed infinite patience when I realized my criteria had to be adjusted several times. After I made an offer on a property, I became uneasy after an inspector report and she said if I was not comfortable to pull the offer. She showed boundless energy and dedication as she showed me countless houses and provided much needed information about problems with properties and potential solutions. When I was ready to make an offer, she helped with negotiation. Her relationship continued after I moved in as she helped me deal with problem movers, provided the names of repair people and even introduced me to a neighbor. If possible, I would have given her 6 or more stars out of 5 because she did so much extra for our family.

Rania Elsherif is an absolute gem! We have worked with her two times now, both as our selling agent and as our buying agent. Our daughter and son-in-law have also had the pleasure of working with her as their buying agent. We all agree that she goes above and beyond, and has spoiled us to the point that she will forever be our family realtor. To begin with, I don't think the woman ever sleeps. We have texted her late at night, early in the morning and on holidays, with the expectation that she will get back to us at a later time, only to get an immediate and cheerful response. We know she is very popular and has many clients, but she somehow always manages to make us feel like we are her only ones! Another strong advantage that Rania offers is that she is reliably responsive and caring. That is probably why she has a great working rapport with many contractors and with other realtors and that, of course, works to the benefit of her clients. It is also why she has always been able to give us quick, personal recommendations for hard-working, good professionals when we needed them. Rania is extremely knowledgeable, but in the rare events that she did not know the answer to our questions, she would research and get back to us quickly. Another fitting adjective for Rania: genuine. We can always count on her to tell us her thoughts on properties, values, contractors, home issues, and she shares those thoughts with uncommon clarity. In fact, she often anticipates our questions or wishes and responds even before we have asked. Not that's good communication. Needless to say, we highly recommend Rania Elsherif!
