This is the second property Ive worked with Randy on, this was very easy. First time selling with him - the listing was excellent. Difficult sale and he quickly found a buyer.

UPDATE: yes I wanted the contract voided after I quickly learned of the deception!, the word MAY is replacing the word HAS, will say anything to get a signed contract!, Randy was the buying agent for a property I was selling, he presented a contingent purchase contract and informed my realtor that the buyer had secured a buyer for his property, this was NOT true and was the deciding factor to enter into the contract. BEWARE.
