We recently closed on our condo in Lebanon with the help of Randy. We were referred to Randy by our daughter-in-law who is also a realtor. Randy has truly gone above and beyond his role in helping me find the perfect place to live in the Upper Valley. I'm a new physician at Dartmouth Medical, and even before I arrived, Randy spend hours finding out what exactly I was looking for, added some of his own suggestions, and has done a ton of research to help me find the perfect place. Even though I was debating between renting and buying, it didn't deter him. He helped me explore both options, not trying to push me towards what's better for him, but helping me figure out what's best for me. He spent 2 days giving me tours of different places and has spent 2 months researching on my behalf. To top it off, he's a fun and always professional guy who I would be friends with even beyond the housing search. I've never had a real estate agent put this much time and energy into getting what I want - I would recommend him without hesitation and plan to send any new people I know his way.
