About Randy Simonich
Hello, I am Randy Simonich with Dascoulias Realty Group in Great Falls, Montana. I was born and raised here in Montana and have lived in the Great Falls area for over 50 years. I am married to my wife Linda and have two grown boys. I have worked in Real Estate since 2013. I retired from the Montana State Department of Transportation in December of 2018, I worked both jobs for over 5 years. Now I work full time Real Estate. I work with both buyers and sellers in all Real Estate disciplines, Residential, Farm and Ranch and Commercial.

Before you start looking for the home of your dreams you should talk to a lender to find out what your price range is.
Take the personal things out of your home. Remove any personal pictures because some buyers spend time looking at the pictures than at the home. Also listen to your REALTOR because if they are giving advise they have most likely have run into this before.
I have worked with both buyers and sellers in urban and rural. I have also worked with commercial and land transactions.
I had a seller that thought we were pricing there home to high. After I did a market analysis they agreed to price it at what I wanted. We got a full price offer and the appraisal came in just above what we were asking. They were happy and agreed to help the buyers do some of the repairs that needed to be done.
I have been interested in Real Estate for a long time. When a friend became a REALTOR I started to ask a lot of questions, this went on for a few years. He set himself up to where he was going to buy the Real Estate Brokerage and that is when I decided to get my license.
