    Randy answered my request for information on selling my house. He came to the house right away and he walked me through the process from the beginning to the closing. He did an appraisal of the house and informed me of his findings and what amount he thought the house should be listed for. We signed a contract and completed the other required paperwork. He photographed the house and placed a for sale sign at the house and others on the streets directing people to the house. This all occurred on a Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday evening, he had the house listed and posted on their website. He called Monday morning with a full asking price offer. Randy has handled everything with admirable professionalism while demonstrating his in-depth knowledge of real estate. He and McClendon Realty will always have my endorsement and unhesitating recommendation.
