Promptly after contacting Randy, he met with me, explained the procedures for placing my home on the market, showed me a reasonable value in relation to other similar homes in my area and set about getting viewings. The home was under contract within 2 months but there were some speed bumps in the process. Randy worked vigorously to both overcome the impediments and to reassure me all would be resolved. My experience has been strictly online from another state. He was very courteous and prompt when I asked area question(s) regarding a parcel. His response to my questions were very professional and timely. I did not go through a negotiation stage or a contract process as of yet.
