Promptly after contacting Randy, he met with me, explained the procedures for placing my home on the market, showed me a reasonable value in relation to other similar homes in my area and set about getting viewings. The home was under contract within 2 months but there were some speed bumps in the process. Randy worked vigorously to both overcome the impediments and to reassure me all would be resolved. We finally closed on the home due to Randy's persistence. If you are looking for a first class realtor , Randy McDonald is the perfect choice.
