Several years ago Randy helped us try to locate a new home, and although we didnt find what we were looking for (no ones fault, just bad timing) our experience with him stayed with us and when we were ready to try again we went back to him for help. We found the perfect place for us with Randys help and closed with a deal we felt very good about!! Hes very knowledgable and incredibly helpful with all of the moving parts in closing a home. He was not pushy and let us make our own decisions, but offered advice and his perspective when needed and asked for. Would highly recommend working with Randy and the Karsten team!!

Randy was always trying to help since day one. I wanted to get a home but no credit. Credit scores was at 510, helped me and gave me guidance on how to reach my credit to where I was able to purchase a home. Very knowledgeable on the relator aspect. If I needed something or didn?t understand. He would take his time and dedication to explain everything to the fullest. If I had a question, Randy would be there to answer it. Always on top of paperwork, never behind or waiting on Randy for signatures or papers to get filed. Randy was a great help this whole steps on purchasing a home. His a great person and wants to help others.
