Since we are a couple from Europe, there were quite a number of complications that had te be dealt with, not in the last place the fact we were 5000 miles away during the selling process and couldnt fly to NH due to the Covid pandemic. Randy helped us to get the house property market ready by finding, hiring and managing a crew for some essential landscaping and painting work. After that was finished he managed to sell the house within 20 days to a cash buyer for a good price I was willing to sell it for. Randy was highly responsive and communicative during the whole process, keeping me up to date with every step. I highly recommend Randy.
