I'm amazed by how much patience Randy has with us, it took us over a year to buy a home. I honestly felt he was always genuinely on our side because he has always given us objective feedback on the home. Examples include whether we were paying too much, or paying too little for it. When it came time to write the contracts and cover letters, he would provide us with great feedback. When we were in contract, Randy was with us all the way through. He helped literally with everything from termite inspections to coordinating repairs. Our experience with Randy was beyond our expectations; if you want to buy a home of your dream and not feel pressured, we highly recommend Randy!
