Amazing realtor! Highly recommend!! You absolutely will not be disappointed. We met with several realtors before choosing Randy to sell our mother's condo. He showed up on time, extremely well prepared , very personable and professional, detail oriented, and his real estate knowledge and marketing was second to none. Even though the property wasn't the most lucrative property from a commission perspective and had its challenges, Randy provided 5 star service, held multiple open houses, always answered our calls, and communicated with us several times a week throughout the entire selling process. Most realtors would have just listed the property and done very little to earn their commission. Our experience with Randal Adams leaves me without words. This man has literally become part of our family. I cannot tell you enough how amazing Randy was. Honestly I would have been so lost without him. I did a two week close and had tonsss of questions about the process just about every day. (I had never bought a house before and that is a really fast closing.) he ALWAYS replied right away, even when he was busy. This man is knowledgeable, has great resources, and overall just an amazing person. Without his help I would have been an anxious mess.
