I am sure Ive not been the easiest person to work with but yesterday I closed on my house and, it has so much to do was having such a fantastic team of people. I would highly recommend Randall to anyone looking for a real estate agent where they work through rocket mortgage, and use him as their preferred buyers agent, or if they work through any other company. I would recommend him as their agent. Hes a fantastic buyers agent. And he said to me, he was good at negotiations and Id be surprised what he could do. I told him to surprise me, and he sure did. And he has been with us every step of the way. He has done a job that I can only describe as being landmark. Thus, if I could give him 1 million stars I would. You have one fantastic really well knowledge, hard-working agent.

He was always in communication with the seller and helped keep the deal on the table when things with underwriting were not looking so good. He is super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the whole process. He made sure to keep me in the loop with all the behind the scene things that I otherwise would have not even known about. I can say he truly did advocate for me through this whole process.
